Finnpark's support services include e.g. the management and guidance service of usage situations, periodic maintenance, and instructions in problem situations.

For P-Link operation customers, the system enables backup copying and software updates, as well as guidance in problem situations on the telephone and through the encrypted data link. Any machinery disturbances can be located and fixed by Finnpark's technical support using the encrypted connection between computers.

The flexible organisation serves customers with a maintenance contract professionally in all maintenance issues.

Finnpark is in constant contact with the customers. They are always informed about current issues on the field and useful statistical information.
